200 Hours: Duration-approximately 2 months
Syllabus as per Study Material which will be provided:
- Hatha Yoga
- Ashtanga Yoga
- Yogic Practices: Asanas, Pranayama, Breathing Techniques Kriyas & Meditative Practices
- Human Anatomy & Physiological Aspects of Yoga
Timings: Two sessions of MWF you need to attend as per your batch selection.
One hour daily for yoga syllabus; Saturday lecture & practical around 4 hours.
300 Hours Duration-approximately 3 months
